What we collect

Very little, because the site is a set of static pages with no user accounts, comment sections or sign-up forms.

  • Hosting logs. Our hosting provider records standard technical data when pages are served — IP address, browser type, pages requested and timestamps. These logs exist for security and reliability, are kept for a limited period by the provider, and are not used by us to identify visitors.
  • Email you send us. If you write to desk@jackpotledgerhouse.com, we hold your address and message for as long as the conversation needs, then it sits in an ordinary mailbox archive. We don't add correspondents to any mailing list — we don't have one.
  • One preference flag. Your cookie-banner choice is stored in your browser's local storage on your device. It never leaves your browser. Details are in the cookie policy.

What we don't do

  • No advertising or analytics profiles are built about you.
  • No personal data is sold, rented or swapped with anyone.
  • No marketing email is sent, because we never collect addresses for it.

Third parties you may touch from here

Headline and body fonts load from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests font files from Google's servers and Google sees that request as it would any web asset. Outbound links — to casinos, the regulator and safety organisations — take you to sites with their own privacy policies that we don't control. Affiliate links include a tag telling the operator you arrived via us; that tag identifies this website, not you personally.

Your rights

UK GDPR gives you rights of access, correction and erasure over personal data we hold — which in practice means email correspondence, since that's all we ever hold. Write to desk@jackpotledgerhouse.com and we'll act on it. If you're unsatisfied, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it, and material changes get a plain-language note here rather than a silent edit.
